Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff. Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards. Establish work schedules. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
