As a Wellness Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our high-quality wellness products to our customers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the wellness industry and enjoy working with people. *Qualifications:* * Passionate about the wellness industry * Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service * Driven to achieve store goals and objectives * Experience in retail sales and/or grocery is considered an asset * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with other team members * Ability to lift and move inventory * Customer Service, Retail, or Grocery experience an asset *Core Accountabilities to meet Company Objectives:* * Appealing merchandising, inventory rotation and management, cycle counts, signage and pricing accuracy, facing in all areas of the store (supplements, grocery, produce, bulk) * Support receiving processes, and point of sale customer interactions * Assist and educate customer on product benefits, supporting customers with their health concerns and goals * Engaging communication skills * A strong commitment to the company core values to help drive the profitability and sales targets * A good understanding of the nutritional and health benefits of a proper diet will be an asset * Providing exceptional customer service to our customers * Knowledgeably promoting our high-quality wellness products * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment * Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends * Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives At Nutters Everyday Naturals, we are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
