Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies. Conduct training sessions. Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Prepare marketing plans. Implement marketing activities. Enforce policies and procedures.
