*Overview* We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and have a creative flair for engaging content creation. *Responsibilities* - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms - Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity - Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies *Qualifications* - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Excellent research skills to stay informed about industry trends - Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite - Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of SEO principles to optimize content for search engines - Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator - Familiarity with digital marketing tactics and Google Analytics - Ability to create engaging visual content for social media platforms Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.50-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 ? 30 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Work from home Flexible language requirement: * French not required Experience: * Marketing: 1 year (preferred) * Social media management: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in St. Albert, AB T8N 7Z3- LocationSt. Albert, AB
