*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage a construction projects and various in Planning stages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within the specified budget and timeline. *Duties* - Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources - Coordinate project activities and ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress - Implement project management methodologies to achieve project goals - Oversee project implementation from initiation to closure - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery *Skills* - Strong organizational skills - Proficiency in project planning and execution - Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies - Experience with project management tools such as Workday, SAS, Visio - Ability to lead product development projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $69,530.25-$84,023.88 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-01-01- LocationPeterborough, ON
