Grey Bruce Coatings & Insulation (and Docks Unlimited) is hiring for a permanent full-time position. GBCI is a family owned and operated business that has been part of the Grey Bruce Community for the past 48 years. *DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:*
* Manage office to ensure the company meets profitability goals while providing an exceptional experience to all clients, exceeding their expectations.
* Prepare detailed financial reports on cashflow, income statement, and budgets
* Financial analysis on budgets and expense accounts
* Maintain, track, and report financial aspects of projects including Subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts, and billings and AR.
* Keep day-to-day book keeping update
* Track relevant KPI?s
* Order office and job supplies is an efficient and timely manner
* Ensure all communications with customers are in a professional and appropriate manner.
* Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture.
*SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:*
* Experience with Sage Online accounting software
* Experience with Google Online Suite
* 2+ years accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll
* WSIB filings
*COMPENSATION:*
* Flexible hours (Proposed Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm)
* Work from home some days if necessary
* Paid statutory holidays
* 2 week?s vacation
