``Job Summary``` We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and is proficient in data entry. ```Responsibilities``` - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide support to other team members as needed `
``Requirements``` - Graduation or equivalent - Proven experience in an administrative or office support role - Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems - Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors - Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to provide friendly and helpful assistance - Familiarity with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and file management ? Basics of accounting required.
