We are looking for a *Property Administrator. *The ideal candidate will have experience in the Property Vista system and have experience as a Property Administrator with another developer or property management company. We are looking for someone who is a self starter, ambitious and finishes what they start. *WHAT YOU WILL DO?*
* Maintain and make changes in Property Vista, our lease and tenant management system
* Produce 24-hour notices, move out statements, leases and other similar forms
* Maintain and update information from Vendors in a varied excel tracking systems
* Create purchase orders for work required for Property Management
* Document and electronically file quotes and project administration.
* Communicate with tenants and vendors to ensure successful completion of tasks.
* Maintain Preventative Maintenance programs, such as, Fire & Life Safety, Elevators and Boilers.
* Managing Property Management inboxes to ensure timely communications with all tenants and departments.
* Utility bill validations and charge backs
* Ledger reconciliation, monthly postings
* Run and manage aged receivables, handle collection calls, RTDRS filings etc.
* Manage of office inventory and supplies
*WHAT WILL YOU NEED?*
* 2-3 years of administrative experience
* Property Service experience would be an asset
* Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
* Previous experience supporting property management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility in adjusting job duties
* Must complete & pass a criminal record check
