We are looking for an Intermediate Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help continue building our data acquisition suite of software, including IoT solutions for local and remote areas, cloud services, and our API platform, Rigsmart Connect, which enables seamless data integration for our customers.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and maintain front-end applications using Vue.js, delivering intuitive user interfaces for our industrial clients.
* Build and optimize back-end services with Node.js, enabling the flow of real-time data from rig systems to Rigsmart Connect and cloud platforms.
* Design and manage PostgreSQL databases for efficient storage and processing of large volumes of sensor data.
* Work on Google Cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalable and secure deployment of our solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and technicians, to ensure smooth testing, deployment, and maintenance of systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the tech stack to ensure system reliability for safety-critical applications.
Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of experience in full-stack development with Vue.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
* Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services (e.g., Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage).
* Knowledge of building and consuming RESTful APIs.
* Strong understanding of SQL and database design principles.
* Familiarity with real-time data acquisition and cloud-based analytics is a plus.
* Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Nice to Have:
* Knowledge of real-time data processing and performance optimization.
* Experience with industrial IoT systems and wireless sensor networks.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to streamline development and ensure reliable deployments in safety-critical environments.
