*About the Role:*
As a pivotal member of our team, the Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our service offerings within the Ontario healthcare market. Reporting directly to the Director of Modern Angels Healthcare, you will be at the forefront of shaping our business strategy and client engagement efforts.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Networking & Relationship Building:* Cultivate and sustain impactful relationships with key stakeholders. Identify and engage potential clients through diverse channels and forge strategic partnerships to enhance our service portfolio.
* *Sales Growth & Service Diversification:* Drive new sales opportunities and adapt our services based on client feedback and market dynamics. Ensure our offerings align with both client needs and business objectives.
* *Market Analysis:* Stay informed about industry trends and changes to guide strategic decisions. Conduct regular analyses to uncover new service opportunities and refine our approach.
* *Bidding Opportunities:* Monitor and manage application processes for bidding opportunities. Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and strategic goals.
*Ideal Candidate Profile:*
* *Experience:* Minimum of 5 years in a sales role with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
* *Healthcare Industry Knowledge:* Proven experience in the Ontario healthcare sector, with a deep understanding of its specific challenges and opportunities.
* *Technical Proficiency:* Skilled in CRM software, Power Maps, and other sales tools to manage and analyze customer data effectively.
* *Sales Expertise:* Strong background in lead generation, conversion, and developing effective sales strategies.
* *Relationship Management:* Expertise in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
* *Analytical Skills:* Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and seize new business opportunities.
* *Bidding & Proposal Management:* Proven experience in managing the bidding process, including monitoring opportunities, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with client specifications.
* *Communication & Negotiation:* Excellent skills in presenting and selling complex products or services.
* *Additional Requirement:* Valid driver?s license and access to a vehicle.
