Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Schedule work. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Security Guard License. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Fast-paced environment. Standing for extended periods. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Initiative. Judgement. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) .
