Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Keep records of the quantities of food used. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables. Take customers' orders. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment. Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Serve food and beverages. Food safety/handling skills. Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?.
