As we continue to grow and expand services in Canada, we are seeking the right person to join our team.</p><p>Preferred candidate live in the North/West Vancouver area.</p><p><strong>Our Company has the following to offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Career advancement opportunities</li><li>Investments in the latest technology</li><li>Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, competitive landscape and technical developments for business growth opportunities</li><li>Identify and develop a list of dentists as potential customers, utilizing selling skills to generate new business and cultivate sales growth among new customers</li><li>Utilize marketing materials and campaigns to build awareness sales potential</li><li>Strategically develop and manage territory to effectively handle all new and existing customers, while retaining and growing new and existing customer base</li><li>Call on dental office locations within territory, present solutions and communicate features and benefits of our products in order to grow market share</li><li>Execute strategic and operational objectives</li><li>Ensure operational activities and goals are achieved, within a designated timeframe and budget</li><li>Evaluate and communicate back to management market trends of our products in relation to customers' needs</li><li>Achieve financial performance and revenue growth goals while supporting our company values and mission</li><li>All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in operations management, business administration, or dental related sales/marketing dental field experience</li><li>2+ years' proven experience in an operations management position, budget development and oversight skills</li><li>Excellent ability to communicate both written/oral -high competency in customer service and solution mindset</li><li>Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes</li><li>Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook</li><li>Dental profession experience a plus</li></ul><p><em>MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA are proud to be an Equal <span class="long-word">Opportunity/Affirmative</span> Action employer.
