Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Prepare engineering designs and drawings. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Supervise other drafting personnel . Develop and prepare design sketches. Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates. Write technical reports. Write specifications. Estimate costs and materials. Complete documentation packages and drawing sets. Examine drawings for conformity and errors. Consult with client, engineers or production specialists to establish product requirements. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : AutoCAD Certification. SOLIDWORKS Certification.
