Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Cold/refrigerated. Hot. Noisy. Odours. Outdoors. Wet/damp. Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Schedule events, programs and activities. Schedule work. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Security Guard License. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Flexibility.
