*Banquet Supervisor* Victoria Inn Brandon *Who we are looking for:*The Victoria Inn Brandon is searching for a Banquet Supervisor. The successful candidate must have one to two years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, should demonstrate practical leadership abilities and be able to take control of situations while adapting to regular interruptions. This position will require having a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to work days, evenings and weekends. The successful candidate must have a valid driver?s license and be capable of lifting a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly. *What you will learn:*You will learn a full working knowledge of the Banquet Sales System. The successful candidate will attend department meetings, as well as professional development courses. *Position Summary:*Through the guidance of the Banquet Manager, the candidate will promote and provide consistent quality through planning, organizing and coordination of Banquet operations. Contribute to efficient hotel operations by providing fundamental assistance to all departments. Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the Sales Team.
