We are seeking a full time *Office Accounting Manager* to join our team located in Nisku, Alberta. *Duties* Reporting to the CFO, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounting function including Bank & Credit card Reconciliation, Payroll preparation, Employee Benefits plan, Human Resource Functions, Accounts Receivable including Collections, Accounts Payable, monthly GL reconciliations and other related duties. The successful candidate will be a self starter, have attention to detail, and stringent on policy & procedure. A degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or business management or 2 years equivalent level of experience. *Qualifications* * Payroll experience with ADP Workforce Now is a must * Experience in Human Resources is a plus * Financial Statements, Journal Entries (Accounting), and Analytical Skills * Experience in finance and managing payroll records * Strong understanding of accounting principles * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus * Experience in the distribution industry is beneficial Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * RRSP match Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Accounting manager: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-10-27- LocationNisku, AB
