Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Dusty. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Clean the crops. Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Clear fields of wood and stones. Seed cutting. Clean work area. Harvest crops. Maintain the bee yard and beekeeping equipment. Personal suitability: Flexibility. Organized. Team player. Experience: Will train. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- LocationGenesee, AB
