Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Travel agency. Tasks: Manage difficult situations with customers. Sell travel products and travel insurance. Attend to cancellations and schedule changes. Develop contact lists. Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system.
