Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Conduct performance reviews. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees. Support for Indigenous people: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people. Support for mature workers: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports mature workers .
