We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our practice in West Vancouver, BC on a part-time basis! We are a modern and fully equipped boutique dental office designed for patient comfort, located in a well-established community right next to the beach in West Vancouver! Our mission is to provide the highest level of comprehensive dental care to all patients in a friendly and welcoming environment -- we offer a comprehensive list of treatments provided by our experienced staff and state-of-the-art equipment! The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The ideal Associate for our team is motivated to build strong patient relationships , skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, and delivers outstanding, consistent treatment as part of a collaborative team. What we are offering: * *High-producing dental practice which means high earning potential* * *Part-time, permanent position* * *Competitive compensation and Continuing Education opportunities* * Well-established dental practice with long-term patients * Modern and paperless practice with state-of-the-art equipment including iTero and CBCT/PAN scanner * Highly skilled and talented team to assist and support you with delivering treatment * Strong organized front desk team to support you with bookings and managing your schedule efficiently * Experienced dental professionals that provide leadership and mentorship so you can learn and grow as a Dentist Compensation: * Associate Dentists are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from *40% of collections* Schedule: * 16-20 hours per week * Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with the potential to increase number of days per week * One Saturday per month What we are looking for: * *Registered with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)* * *Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from a University recognized by the BCCOHP or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process. * * *2-3 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship provided* * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Motivated to learn and practice dentistry * Demonstrated ability to connect and communicate with a variety of patients and address diversity of patient needs Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $94,185.85 per year Expected hours: 16 ? 20 per week Benefits: * Dental care * On-site parking Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Application question(s): * Are you legally entitled to work in Canada? * When would you be able to make the transition to start working at our clinic? * Are you currently licensed with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)?
