*Job Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the logistics operations, ensuring efficient supply chain processes from supplier management to transportation management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
*Duties*:
* Manage freight operations, including dispatching and transportation management to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
* Collaborate with production planning teams to align logistics with production schedules.
* Implement best practices in materials management to enhance operational efficiency.
* Analyze pricing structures and negotiate rates with carriers to optimize costs.
* Oversee the end-to-end order processing workflow, ensuring all orders are accurately managed and dispatched on schedule.
* Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
* Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates on order status, shipment tracking, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and improve service delivery.
* Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.
* Experience in freight management, dispatching, and transportation management.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think critically under pressure.
* Strong understanding of logistics processes, including order management, shipping, and inventory control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
* Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
