Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget . Monitor staff performance . Plan and organize daily operations. Recruit staff. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Train staff. Organize and maintain inventory. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Other benefits: Free parking available. Learning/training paid by employer. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) .
