Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots. Dairy. Livestock. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Handling animals. Monitoring animal health. Negotiate with clients for provision of services. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain work records and logs. Drive lighter, special purpose trucks. Identify livestock. Perform animal grooming activities . Prevent and treat lameness by hoof trimming. Type of product: Truck. Area of specialization: Agricultural livestock service. Beef cattle.
