As the Marketing Coordinator, your focus is on driving customers through our bays and growing brand recognition through company wide and local campaigns. You will be provided with a budgeted amount to spend on marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing traffic to our locations and growing brand awareness. *Primary Responsibilities and Duties:* * Create multi platform campaign proposals within the set budget for store locations * Build strategic relationships with vendors and other companies in the same industry * Recommend ways to improve the existing marketing campaigns * Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns * Identify potential customer pools outside of the existing clientele * Measure current marketing initiatives effectiveness and propose ways to improve * Increase social media presence for stores *Skills and Experience:* * Minimum 3 years of marketing experience * Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns * Excellent written communication and verbal skills * Proficiency with Google Adwords * Proficiency with Meta Advertising * Proficiency with Google Business Pages * Proficiency with Google Workspace Job Types: Full-time Pay: $65,000-$75,000 annually Expected hours: 40+ hours per week with the option for 1 day to work remote Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off * Store discount * Vision care * Wellness program Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: * Marketing: 3 year (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Location: * Kelowna, BC V1Y 0J5 (required) Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Expected hours: 16 ? 32 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off * Store discount * Vision care * Wellness program Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 4 hour shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Education: * Bachelor's Degree (required) Experience: * Marketing: 1 year (required) Language: * English (required) Location: * Kelowna, BC V1Y 0J5 (required) Work Location: In person- LocationKelowna, BC
