End of the Roll Flooring Centres has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join their corporate team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about helping our franchises grow their customer base. This role is responsible for executing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and managing both online and offline marketing initiatives. _*Key Responsibilities*_ * *Campaign Execution:* Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events) to promote flooring products and services. * *Social Media Management:* Manage and grow the franchise?s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. * *Content Creation:* Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, website content, blog posts, and promotional graphics to support ongoing campaigns. * *Digital Marketing:* Assist in managing the company?s SEO, ensuring content is optimized to drive traffic and generate leads. * *Email Marketing:* Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including company newsletters, customer retention emails, and promotional offers. * *Analytics & Reporting:* Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports on key performance metrics. * *Vendor Management:* Liaise with external vendors, including print companies, ad agencies, and other service providers, to ensure the timely and accurate execution of marketing deliverables. * *Budget Management:* Assist in managing the marketing budget by tracking expenses and ensuring campaigns stay within budget. _*Qualifications*_ * Bachelor?s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. * Minimum of two years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably within a franchise or retail environment. * Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing tools. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Self-motivated, with a passion for marketing and an eye for detail. * Must know GTM and G4A (ability to create tags, triggers, and analyze reports). * Must be able to set up and optimize ads in META and Google Ads. * Must be able to work in the office Monday ?
