Position Description SUMMARY/PURPOSE: + Responsible for ensuring the efficient management of residential, commercial, and/or industrial properties. The primary goal is to maximize occupancy rates and rental income by implementing effective property management policies and procedures. + Close collaboration with the local management team to execute projects, monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations, and ensure the ultimate success of the program. + Pivotal in driving the financial success and operational efficiency of our property management initiatives. + Ownership of Expenditure Management and Revenue Collection. + Ensure compliance with all Serco Canada Inc. policies and procedures, including but not limited to Code of Conduct and Ethics, Serco Management System,- LocationOttawa, ON
