*Job Overview* Imagine Salon & Spa is a dynamic and growing business with locations in Bedford, NS, and exciting plans for future expansion. Alongside our award-winning *7by7 Restaurant*, located in Sydney, NS, we strive to deliver premium services, whether through exceptional salon experiences or high-quality comfort food and guest service. We are seeking a *Marketing Manager* to take charge of all marketing efforts for our brands. This role will be critical to maintaining and growing our visibility, ensuring brand alignment across multiple businesses, and attracting both new and returning clients to Imagine Salon & Spa and 7by7 Restaurant. The Marketing Manager will oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives across all channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and in-person events. The successful candidate will develop tailored strategies for each business while ensuring synergy between them. As two businesses are based in *Sydney, NS*, *monthly travel to Cape Breton Island* will be required to stay connected with local operations. *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both *Imagine Salon & Spa* and *7by7 Restaurant*. * Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including *social media, SEO, Google Ads, and email campaigns*. * Collaborate with the operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and seasonal promotions. * Maintain consistent brand messaging across all *online and offline channels*. * Manage content creation, including writing blog posts, social media content, and photoshoots. * Plan and execute promotional events and marketing campaigns for the businesses. * Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, using analytics tools to measure ROI and suggest improvements. * Work closely with third-party vendors and media partners to coordinate advertisements, PR activities, and collaborations. * Travel to *Sydney, NS*, at least once a month to coordinate marketing initiatives with local teams at *7by7 Restaurant* and other future ventures. *Qualifications:* * roven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns and driving business growth. * Strong knowledge of *social media platforms, SEO, and email marketing tools*. * Excellent project management and organizational skills. * Ability to *work independently* and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. * Exceptional *communication skills*, both written and verbal. * *Willingness to travel* to Cape Breton Island monthly. * *Videography experience is an asset*, including experience with shooting, editing, and producing promotional video content. * Experience in the *hospitality, beauty, or service industry* is an asset.
