We will also provide a competitive pre-retirement compensation package while working alongside our team that lets you continue doing what you love while learning how to take more time for yourself. Lastly, you will receive a predefined buyout from us based on your practice size that IG Private Wealth Management will facilitate when it is time to fully exit. *Practice Profile:* We are a team of financial planning professionals working with pre-retirees, retirees, small business owners and incorporated professionals who are fully committed to achieving financial success.
