We are currently seeking a dedicated _*Interior Designer*_ to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the Design department by performing day to day duties and responsibilities. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of accuracy. *What You Will Do:* * Assist in designing the interiors of buildings, including suites and common areas, with attention to detail and functionality. * Help select materials and finishes for flooring, carpets, cabinets, countertops, and paint colors, ensuring high-quality results. * Collaborate on developing and coordinating detailed design concepts to meet functional requirements and project criteria. * Work directly with related departments, including architects, managers, and the contracts and purchasing teams, to play a key role in the design process, from concept creation to presentation materials. * Ensure designs align with Ironclad?s standards for quality, functionality, and budget. * Manage multiple project assignments simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines. * Prepare new buildings for property turnover by decorating show suites, entryways, and common areas to highlight the quality of Ironclad?s design. * Contribute to the design of marketing materials, including building banners and website layouts. * Support advertising campaigns through creative design work, promoting the Ironclad brand and its projects. *What You Will Bring:* * 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on multi-family, commercial, or residential projects. * A Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, or an equivalent qualification. * Knowledge of construction practices and procedures is considered an asset. * Proficiency in Revit and other design software is a strong advantage. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
