Teamco Sportswear Inc. is a Markham-based manufacturer of sublimation team uniforms and sports jerseys. This role involves a mix of graphic design, customer service and administrative work. *Previous experience in at least one of the following industries is highly preferred: printing and/or apparel decorating involving vector graphics.* *Candidates must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel.* Specific responsibilities would include: * Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone; * Creating mock-ups of custom jerseys for customer inquiries; * Reviewing and formatting customer artwork; * Entering customers' order and artwork requirements in our various computer systems; * General administrative tasks: invoicing, payments, shipping, etc. This is a full-time in-house and in-office position offering a competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Markham, ON L3R 1B9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application question(s): * Do you have previous experience in the printing and/or apparel industry? * In a previous job, have you worked directly with customers on their artwork or graphics requirements? * Would you enjoy a job which is a mix of customer service (e.g. answering emails and phone calls) and graphics?
