We are seeking a *Millwork Estimator* for one of our clients in *Toronto*. This role involves determining project costs, preparing proposals, and managing logistics for millwork contracts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and skilled at analyzing project scopes and factors that impact cost, timelines, and resource allocation. *Key Responsibilities:* * Determine costs and logistics for millwork contracts in commercial construction projects. * Prepare detailed quotes and proposals to present to clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. * Interpret architectural and interior design drawings for project cost estimation. * Review contract documents, including project specifications, schedules, and bid forms. * Utilize tools such as *Excel*, *Bluebeam*, *OneDrive*, and *Sales handy* for documentation and data management. * Assess all aspects of project scope to evaluate factors influencing cost, materials, and labor. * Estimate time, materials, and labor required to complete projects efficiently. *Qualifications:* * *3-5 years of experience* in architectural, construction, or manufacturing industries (preferably in woodworking or millwork). * Strong skills in *Excel*, *Word*, and *Outlook*; tech-savvy with experience using software like Bluebeam and Sales handy. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing quotes and proposals. * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and design documents. * Excellent organizational skills and professional communication, both written and oral. * Knowledge and experience in the woodworking or millwork industry preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * construction estimating: 4 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
