*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery for individuals of all ages, including pediatrics and acute care patients. As a Physiotherapist, you will assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and quality of life. *Compensation: *60% of your total billings *Duties* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical history. * Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility. * Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care techniques. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care (chiropractors, RMTs, kinesiologists) * Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. * Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices. * Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills. *Experience* * A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution is required. * Good knowledge of strength and conditioning principles is an asset * Interest in sport and fitness is an asset * Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional patient care with empathy and professionalism. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
