Future Transfer is a growing story; join us and tell your part. _*Why work for us?*_ * Competitive wages * Premium health benefits * Premium RRSP & DPSP matched contributions plan * Employee Assistance Program * Company supplied uniforms, PPE & safety shoes * Paid vacation * Company lunches * Company promotional items throughout the year * Short term disability and long term disability * Continued growth and development of our people & our business *Who are we searching for?* _*We are looking for Formulation Technician to join our busy and growing Future Transfer team!*_ _*Job Duties:*_ * Operating various types of equipment such as centrifugal pumps, diaphragm pumps, mixers, scales, hoists, pressure washers etc. * Unloading tankers and railcars into bulk tanks * Loading out tankers * Reading and understanding SDS sheets to ensure proper PPE is utilized * Following strict blending instructions and procedures to ensure safe & accurate formulating * Documenting batch records * Using RF scanners to record production and inventory * Performing quality inspections as needed * Maintaining a clean and organized formulation area * Understanding and troubleshooting equipment * Overtime as required * Other related duties as required or assigned _*Required Knowledge/Qualifications:*_ * Manual dexterity * Minimum 1 year experience of on the floor production line large batch formulation experience required * Strong written and oral communication skills * Ability to follow instructions and the training provided * Basic math, communication & problem-solving skills * TDG & Forklift Training considered an asset but not required * Experience handling chemicals considered an asset * Experience in any of the above is considered an asset, however all will be provided * Must be able to work intermittent afternoon shifts for holiday coverage _*Working Conditions:*_ * Manual dexterity to work with tankers, pumps and other associated equipment * Overtime as required * Requirement to work both inside and outside in all conditions * Able to identify any health and safety issues Safety is our priority, both the starting point and foundation for all aspects of our business operations.
