*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while showcasing their hair styling expertise. As a Hair Stylist, you will create beautiful hairstyles, offer personalized consultations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be essential in enhancing their experience at our salon. *Responsibilities* * Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services according to client preferences and current trends. * Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and products. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas to ensure a safe environment for clients. * Upsell hair care products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon sales. * Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through continuous education and training. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. *Skills* * Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. * Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly and listen actively to clients? needs. * Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
