Brandt is currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Technician - Material Handling for our Saskatoon location. The Heavy Equipment Technician - Material Handling independently performs basic/complex diagnostics, service maintenance and repair work on customer and/or dealer-owned equipment on an efficient basis. Resolves customer issues to their satisfaction on a timely basis. Duties & Responsibilities: Financial Performance: Work within budgets and approvals provided by the Service Manager. Maintain a high level of productivity, efficiency, and gross margin. Maintain a quality of work metric of 98% (% of work completed right the first time). Work Systems and Procedures: Accurately record all work done for customer and warranty records. Maintain current product knowledge of equipment specific to industry/branch location.
