Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development. Develop specific plans to prioritize. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Oversee the process of hoeing crops. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Maintain financial and production records. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties.
