Future partnership with mentorship is available for the right fit. *Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulations, while providing valuable insights to support business decisions. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and review both corporate files and personal returns while providing advice and guidance when needed; * Conduct/oversee compilations, reviews, audits and bookkeeping engagements as needed; * Develop and foster relationships with clients while also coaching and mentoring team members; * Excellent communication skills with staff, partners and clients - on a daily basis; * Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards; * Conduct financial audits and provide recommendations for improvements; * Utilize accounting and tax software; * Flexibility/ willingness to travel if needed.
