Team responsibilities include: • Balancing of all year-end tax slips and completion of year-end government filings • Support of all expatriate assignments and some globally mobile employees • Participation in both internal and external audits • Support payroll and year-end tax slip support for the CEO and Senior Executive Team • Managing end to end Board of Directors Payrolls • Identifying, reviewing, and preparing POIs(retirees) • Reviewing and correcting taxes from the Retiree Demographic report and the US Tax Data Query • Respond to employee enquiries through Helpdesk cases Specific Accountabilities: • Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the PeopleSoft HR/Payroll data, including any tests or validations required • Assist in the preparation of manual tax slips • Assist in the preparation of amended tax slips •- LocationToronto, ON
