As our Head Accountant/Controller, you?ll play a pivotal role in keeping our financial processes seamless and effective. *Your Role:* In this critical position, you will oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You?ll work closely with senior management to drive financial strategies that align with our growth and business goals. *What You?ll Do:* * Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger * Prepare financial statements, manage audits, and ensure compliance with regulations * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support operational goals * Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to inform company leadership * Implement and maintain robust internal controls and improve financial processes * Support project teams with accurate financial data, guiding cost control and financial decisions *What We?re Looking For:* * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent designation preferred) * Proven experience in accounting/finance leadership roles, ideally within the construction industry * Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements * Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented and organized approach * Ability to communicate financial information effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders *Why Branco Management Inc.?* * Competitive salary and benefits package * Work with a dedicated team in an impactful role that shapes the company?s financial future * Join a growing company known for quality, commitment, and results Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,452.56-$72,189.44 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: * Accounting: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationDieppe, NB
