Salt Truck Driver / Filler Earn $25.00/hr a Guaranteed Minimum Pay. What to Expect You can earn $25.00/hr per hour, depending on experience and reliability. You will be working when there is snow in the weather forecast What about when there is no snow? CSL Group will Guarantee 33 hours per week* paid bi-weekly. You must be available and ready to work in order to qualify. If you like working outdoors, aren't afraid of a little cold weather and a lot of hard work, this is the position for you!
