We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions. <br> <br>I'm looking for an Audit Manager for an accounting firm in Montreal. <br> <br>Your responsibilities: <br>Assess risk factors and plan assurance engagements, including time estimates (budgets). <br>budgets) <br>Coordinate with clients and control engagements by delegating and adequately supervising <br>execution <br>Review engagements according to established quality standards (compliance with standards, quality of <br>documentation) <br>Review tax returns (T1-T2-T3) <br>Render and explain review notes for timely resolution <br>Review and submit assignments to quality control <br>Identify customer needs and opportunities for new services <br>Act as resource person to partner, clients and employees <br>Coordinate actions to be taken with various stakeholders (customers, work team, "QC", government, bank, etc.) <br>Determine time budgets for mandates <br>Plan, organize, control and evaluate assigned customer assignments <br>Manage, supervise, train and evaluate assigned employees <br>Participate in selection processes, identify and evaluate potential by acting as a mentor <br>Make well-founded decisions in a timely manner within the limits of his/her authority and inform <br>the associate <br>Increase added value by offering consulting services while participating in business development</p><p>Your profile : <br>Interpersonal skills <br>Customer focus <br>In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and assurance standards <br>assurance standards <br>Tax and legal knowledge <br>Manage, supervise and train <br>CPA Auditor <br>6+ years assurance experience <br>Experience in resource management <br>Software: Excel, Caseware/Caseview, DT Max and Taxprep</p>
