Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Clinic. Tasks: Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up and assembling of medical equipment. Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort. Perform other duties related to personal care. Weigh, lift, turn and position patients. Make beds and maintain patients' rooms. Supervise patients' exercise routines. Maintain inventory of supplies. Transport patients between care facilities. Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher. Administer first aid in emergency situations. Instruct in the use of rehabilitative techniques, prosthetic devices and wheelchairs. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.- LocationMississauga, ON
