Join our team as an HR Assistant and play a vital role in shaping our crew! You'll be in the thick of it, conducting interviews, hiring festival teams, and supervising volunteers on-site to create an unforgettable experience! This full-time, temporary position will primarily work at our head office on Baker St. in beautiful Nelson, BC. Position Dates: Late January/early February 2025 - September 12, 2025. Festival Site Work: The successful candidate will also be required to work on-site at the festival location near Salmo, BC for about 1 month in July 2025. The HR Assistant will assist with recruiting, hiring, facilitating communications, supervising volunteers and day-to-day operations to support efficient operations of the organization's Human Resources department.
