*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to a variety of pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the grooming process. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle pets of all sizes. *Responsibilities* * Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for dogs and cats. * Assess each pet's grooming needs and communicate effectively with pet owners about services provided. * Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use. * Handle pets safely and compassionately, recognizing signs of stress or discomfort during the grooming process. * Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns or special requests. * Assist in lifting larger pets as needed during the grooming process, ensuring their safety and comfort. * Stay informed about current grooming trends and techniques to provide the best care for our furry clients. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in pet grooming or a related field is preferred but not required; training may be available for the right candidate. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners. * Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or multiple pets at once. * A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care and well-being. * Attention to detail and a strong work ethic, demonstrating professionalism at all times. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
