*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Promotions Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our brand and products through engaging interactions with customers. This position requires someone who is outgoing, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The Promotions Assistant will be responsible for executing promotional events, product demonstrations, and marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. *Responsibilities* * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers. * Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to promote products effectively. * Assist in organizing promotional events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase brand awareness. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize public speaking skills to present information clearly during events and demonstrations. * Collect feedback from customers to help improve future promotions and marketing efforts. * Maintain an organized inventory of promotional materials and supplies. *Experience* * Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. * * Experience in public speaking or conducting product demos is a plus. * A passion for marketing and promoting products in a fast-paced environment is essential.
