<p>Your responsibilities : </p><ul><li>Prepare preliminary, conceptual and final bids.</li><li>Review and analyze specifications and tender documents.</li><li>Perform quantity surveys using Bluebeam and Excel.</li><li>Submit requests for information and prices to suppliers.</li><li>Use Opera and Excel to establish prices.</li><li>Draft list of inclusions, exclusions and qualifications.</li><li>Collaborate with sales team to analyze and interpret drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy of quotes.</li><li>Participate in project reviews to optimize bids and ensure compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers for modifications to projects obtained.</li></ul> <br> <p>? DEC, BAC ou certificat en architecture, estimation ou génie de la construction.</p><p>? 3 à 5 ans d?expérience en estimation dans le domaine de la construction.</p><p>? Excellente compréhension des plans architecturaux et des devis.</p><p>?
