Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Air conditioned. Cold/refrigerated. Hot. Noisy. Odours. Outdoors. Wet/damp. Work setting: Security guard agency. Various locations. Tasks: Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervision: Security guards. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills.
