Zone: Western Zone Location: Western Health Electroneurophysiology Technologist II Western Zone - Electrodiag Lab Permanent Full-time 95080POS Hours 70 (8 hours; Days, On-Call, Weekends) 0800-1600 or 0830-1630 Hours; On call may be required Salary LX28 (CAD32.82 - CAD41.51 per hour) Competition Number VAC0002623 Posted Date 2024-10-25 Closing Date Open until filled. Demands, duties, qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: A Diploma in Medical Electroneurophysiology Techniques or the equivalent and active registration with the Canada Board of electroneurophysiology Technologists (CBRET) are required. Active membership with the Candadian Assoiction of Electroneurophysiology Technologist (CAET) preferred. Valid certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and compliance with the codes of ethics related to education and research of the applicable professional association. A minimum of six (6) Electro neurophysiology months of relevant experience in the areas pertinent to the position requirements.Please note: If no suitable applicant with the above noted qualifications, willing to accept individuals who are willing to enroll in the Medical Electroneurophysiology Technologist Program. Applicants must have 2-3 years of recent clinical experience in health care.
