Ship orders. Make labels and attach to goods. Pack and unpack goods. Schedule distribution of goods. Record shortages and reject damaged goods. Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents. Pack goods to be shipped. Oversee loading and unloading of goods. Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents. Determine method of shipment. Assemble containers and crates. Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Forklift Operator Certification. Vehicle and equipment experience: Dollies and hand trucks. Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts. Pallet lifters. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Efficiency. Positive attitude. Quick learner. Time management.
